I'm Londa J. — and I've spent years creating safe, sacred spaces where women like you do the deepest work of their lives: discovering who they are, healing what's held them back, and building what God has called them to carry.
I know what it feels like to be called and confused at the same time. To strive and survive while silently wondering if you'll ever feel ready enough, worthy enough, structured enough to actually do the thing.
I also know what it feels like to break through.
That's why I do this work — for the woman who is still finding her footing, and for the woman who has found herself and is ready to build. Both journeys are sacred. Both are served here.

📘 Digital Products (Books, Journals, Downloads)
All digital products are final sale. Due to the nature of instant delivery, I am unable to offer refunds once the product has been purchased and delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact me at hello@yolandajjohnson.com for support.
🎓 Live Coaching Cohorts & Courses
Payment for coaching programs secures your seat and materials. Because space is limited and preparations begin upon your registration, all coaching cohorts are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort (space permitting) or gift your seat to another woman.
💬 Individual Counseling Sessions
Sessions must be paid in advance. Cancellations or reschedules require 24-hour notice. No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours) are non-refundable. If you’re running late, please contact me — sessions will end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients.

Absolutely. Many women are doing identity work while also beginning to build. The two paths are not a wall — they’re a sequence. Most women start on the Healing Path and graduate into the Building Path as they grow. If you’re in between, start with the Healing Path. A strong identity foundation makes everything you build stronger.

Most personal development work addresses the symptoms — mindset, habits, productivity. This work addresses the root: identity. When you know who you are before God, the symptoms often resolve themselves. What makes this different is the faith-integration, the depth of the inner work, and the fact that we move from healing all the way through to building. You are not just getting clarity here — you are getting structure for what comes next.

Progress Over Perfection is a 5-week group coaching experience focused on healing identity wounds, breaking free from perfectionism and comparison, and reclaiming your God-given worth. It is the foundation. The Faith-Rooted Leadership Accelerator is a 6-week group experience that takes that foundation and translates it into leadership capacity — confidence, authority, decision-making, and sustainable leadership presence. Many women do POP first, then the Accelerator.

All sessions are recorded and sent to you within 24 hours. We encourage you to attend live whenever possible — the community energy and real-time coaching are a significant part of the experience. But life happens, and the replay will be there for you.

No. You do not need a title, a platform, or an existing business. You just need a heart that is willing to grow. Progress Over Perfection and the Leadership Accelerator are for any woman who senses a calling — regardless of what stage she is at. The Business Intensive is designed for women who are ready to build something specific, but even there, you do not need to have a fully formed business yet.

No. Yolanda is a Clinical Christian Counselor by training, but the coaching programs and intensives offered here are coaching — not clinical therapy or mental health treatment. The work is faith-rooted, identity-focused, and forward-moving. If you are in a season where clinical mental health support is what you need, Yolanda will honor that and point you toward the right resources.

Yes. Payment plans are available for group programs to make this accessible to women who are ready for the work. Details are provided at enrollment. For private coaching and the Business Intensive, payment and scheduling details are discussed during your discovery or consultation call. If cost is a concern, reach out directly — Yolanda reads every message personally

Private coaching begins with a short application and a complimentary 20-minute discovery call. Availability is intentionally limited to ensure every client receives Yolanda’s full attention and care. To apply, visit the Private 1:1 Coaching page and submit your application. Yolanda reviews every application personally and responds within 3–5 business days.

Group coaching cohorts are non-refundable once enrolled, because your seat and materials are secured upon registration. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your enrollment to a future cohort (space permitting) or gift your seat to another woman. Digital products are final sale. Yes — this work is deeply faith-rooted. Scripture, prayer, and a biblical framework for identity and leadership are woven into everything we do. Yolanda’s approach is specifically designed for women who share a Christian faith or who are open to a faith-integrated experience. If you are not comfortable with that, this may not be the right fit — and Yolanda would rather you know that now than discover it in the room.
