Purchase & Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 21, 2026
My heart is to serve you with excellence, clarity, and care. This policy exists not to create barriers, but to honor the commitment both of us make when we enter a coaching relationship or program together. Please read it fully before purchasing.
1. Group Coaching Programs
Progress Over Perfection & Faith-Rooted Leadership Accelerator
All group coaching cohort enrollments are non-refundable.
When you enroll in a group coaching cohort, your seat is secured and materials are prepared specifically for you. Because space is intentionally limited and preparation begins immediately upon your enrollment, we are unable to offer refunds once payment is made.
What you can do instead:
• Transfer your enrollment to a future cohort of the same program (space permitting, with at least 7 days’ notice before the cohort begins)
• Gift your seat to another woman who meets the program requirements (with approval from Yolanda J. Johnson LLC)
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to hello@yolandajjohnson.com. Transfers are honored once per enrollment.
2. Private 1:1 Coaching Sessions
Single Sessions ($400/session)
• Sessions must be paid in advance to secure your booking
• Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to receive a session credit
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows are non-refundable and the session is forfeited
• Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time out of respect for all clients
• If you are running late, please notify Yolanda immediately — she will accommodate where possible within the remaining session time
3-Month Private Coaching Retainer ($1,200/month)
• The first month’s payment is non-refundable upon signing the coaching agreement and securing your start date
• Subsequent monthly payments are due on the agreed billing date
• To discontinue the retainer after month one, written notice must be provided at least 14 days before the next billing date
• No partial refunds are issued for unused sessions within a billing period
3. Business Infrastructure & Strategy Intensive
• Payment secures your intensive session and pre-intensive consultation call
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled intensive will receive a full credit toward a future intensive booking
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled intensive are non-refundable
• Reschedules are accommodated once with at least 48 hours’ notice
4. Digital Products
Books, Journals, Workbooks & Downloads
All digital products are final sale.
Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds once a product has been purchased and delivered. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us at hello@yolandajjohnson.com and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Speaking & Workshops
Booking fees and deposits for speaking engagements, workshops, or organizational training are non-refundable once the agreement is signed. Rescheduling is subject to Yolanda’s availability and must be requested at least 30 days in advance of the original event date.
6. Payment Plans
When a payment plan is offered and agreed upon, all installment payments are required regardless of continued participation. Enrolling in a payment plan is a financial commitment to the full program investment. Missed payments may result in loss of access to program materials and sessions until the balance is resolved.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We ask that you contact us at hello@yolandajjohnson.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. Most concerns can be resolved directly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in being prohibited from future enrollment in any YJJ LLC programs or services.
8. Grace & Exceptions
Life happens — and I understand that.
If you are experiencing a genuine emergency, unexpected hardship, or serious extenuating circumstance, please reach out to hello@yolandajjohnson.com before your session or program begins. I will always do my best to respond with grace while honoring the boundaries that keep this work sustainable and sacred.
Exceptions are made at the sole discretion of Yolanda J. Johnson LLC and are not guaranteed.
