If there appears to be a strong fit, Yolanda will invite you to a complimentary 20-minute discovery call. This is not a sales call — it is a discernment conversation to make sure this is the right support for your season.

If you are both aligned, Yolanda will provide next steps for securing your coaching engagement. Your first session will be scheduled within two weeks.

Do I need to have done your group programs first?

No — private coaching is open to women regardless of whether they've participated in a group program. However, if you are considering both, many women find it powerful to do a group program first and then move into private coaching for deeper, personalized work.
How is private coaching different from counseling?

Is there a payment plan?
Private coaching with Yolanda is coaching — not clinical counseling or therapy. The focus is on identity clarity, leadership development, purpose alignment, and forward movement. If clinical mental health support is what you need, Yolanda will honor that and point you toward the right resources.
What if I apply and it's not a fit?

If Yolanda determines through the application and discovery call that private coaching is not the right fit for your current season, she will tell you honestly — and will do her best to point you toward what would serve you better, whether that is a group program, the Business Intensive, or another resource.
Is there a refund policy for private coaching?

Sessions must be paid in advance. Cancellations require 24-hour notice. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable. For 3-month engagements, the first month's payment is non-refundable upon commitment. Yolanda extends grace for genuine emergencies — just communicate early.
