Is this the same as Progress Over Perfection?

No — these are two distinct programs designed to work together. Progress Over Perfection is about healing your identity and breaking free from perfectionism. The Faith-Rooted Leadership Accelerator is the next step — it takes that identity foundation and translates it into confident, capacity-driven leadership. Many women do POP first, then join the Accelerator.
I'm not in ministry. Is this still for me?

Is there a payment plan?
Absolutely. This program is for women who are called to lead — in the marketplace, in their families, in their communities, in their businesses, and yes, in ministry. Leadership is leadership. If God has called you to it, this program is built for you.
What if I can't attend a live session?

All sessions are recorded and made available within 24 hours. We encourage live attendance for the full community experience — but life happens and the replays are there for you.
How is this different from other leadership programs I've seen?

Most leadership programs focus on skills, strategy, or style. This program starts with identity — because you cannot sustainably lead from the outside in. When leadership is built on a foundation of who God says you are, it becomes grounded, authentic, and built to last. That is the difference.
